The transfer window is yet to officially open, however, Soccer Laduma takes a look at some of the transfers that could likely take place in the coming weeks.
There have been a number of transfers that have taken place in the Premier Soccer League before the July/August transfer window period, with most of the player’s having reached the expiration of their contracts with their previous clubs.
Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates have made a number of signings to bolster their squad for the new 2018/19 campaign and Soccer Laduma takes a look at which other transfers are expected to take place.
Bongani Zungu:
The France-bound midfielder has been linked with a big move to French giants, Monaco, although his current club, Amiens might be unwilling to let him leave. However, indications are that they won’t stand in the way of the player taking the next step.
Percy Tau To Europe:
Tau has been heavily linked with English side, Brighton and Hove, although, with the situation regarding a work permit for the Sundowns playmaker, it remains to be seen whether the club will be able to complete a move for the player.
Nazeer Allie:
Allie has been linked with a move to Maritzburg United, with his future at Bidvest Wits believed to be uncertain at this point.
Brian Onyango:
Sundowns are looking at securing a move for the Team Of Choice’s centre-back, after being linked with the player for several months.
Mosa Lebusa:
Lebusa has been linked with Chiefs, Pirates and Sundowns, with indications that the Buccaneers could be in the frontline to possibly secure the player’ services.
Sinethemba Jantjie:
As reported in last week’s edition of Soccer Laduma, Sundowns are looking at trying to secure Jantjie’s signature as a short-term replacement for Percy Tau.
