Czech giants, Slavia Prague, have submitted a written offer to Kaizer Chiefs for the services of Keegan Ritchie.
The 23-year-old left back will see his contract at Naturena expire in June, something that has alerted the Červenobílí, though they are keen to agree a deal with Chiefs that will see him make the move this month.

Ritchie has been used only in the absence of first choice left back, Tsepo Masilela, since the defender made the return to South Africa, and it is thought that there are a number of other PSL clubs vying for his signature.
After being informed of the possible interest from the Czech outfit, the Siya crew contacted the player’s representative, Steve Kapeluschnik, who confirmed that they submitted an offer for him.
Kapeluschnik said, “Yes, there has been interest from abroad. Slavia Prague have submitted a written offer to Kaizer Chiefs for Keegan. I’ve been trying to market him abroad for a while and Slavia are keen to take him in January.
“Keegan has been very happy at Kaizer Chiefs, but, like anybody, would love the opportunity to try and make it overseas.”
It remains to be seen whether the Amakhosi will allow the former Moroka Swallows man to leave in this window, however they face the prospect of losing him for free in June should they not come to an agreement.
Slavia play their football in the Gambrinus Liga, the Czech Republic’s top-flight, and have won the league three times since it was established in 1993.
