Defender Siyanda Zwane has returned to Golden Arrows after four years of being away from the club. It was back in 2014 when Zwane left Arrows in a big move to Mamelodi Sundowns.
Having struggled for regular game-time at the Brazilians during his time there, the right-back was loaned from the Chloorkop outfit to Ajax Cape Town in January for the second half of the 2017/18 season.
Having returned to Downs at the expiry of his loan deal with Ajax at the end of last season, the Pietermaritzburg-born player has gone back to KwaZulu-Natal to revive his career where it all started for him in professional football with Abafana Bes’thende.
“Yes, he’s with the club. He is on loan,” Arrows team manager Nonceba Madlala confirmed to the Siya crew.
Following Sundowns’ decision to extend Zwane’s contract in December last year, the player’s deal with the club is set to expire in June 2019.
