Kaizer Chiefs could be two men down going into the season finale this weekend, with Siphiwe Tshabalala and Kgotso Moleko both doubtful for the encounter.

The Amakhosi take on Chippa United on Saturday afternoon as their disappointing 2015/16 season comes to an end, and they need to avoid defeat if they are to capture third place and a spot in next year’s CAF Confederation Cup.

However, Steve Komphela will be short at least one of his players for the game, with Moleko nursing a hamstring injury, while ‘Shabba’ is believed to be a doubt as he deals with his recurring knee problems.

“Shabba is undergoing treatment to his knee,” he told Chiefs' official website. “We hope he will recover on time to face Chippa on Saturday.
“Moleko did not take part in full training today. It is a precaution for now. However, the medical team will assess his condition and give us guidance leading up to Saturday.”

Meanwhile, it remains to be seen whether Reneilwe Letsholonyane, whose eight-year spell at the club will end on Saturday, will be given the chance to don the team’s jersey one last time - in what would be his 183rd league appearance for the Glamour Boys.

Reyaad Pieterse has been frozen out at the club since informing them of his decision to leave, and ‘Yeye’ may well befall the same fate going into the final game of the season.
