In an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma, issue 956, the dreadlocked midfielder explained that every member of the squad has a job to do.
“Every player that the team has signed has been meant to add value to the team and I think everyone has done their job. It’s also up to the technical team to see which players they use,” Tshabalala told Soccer Laduma.
Chiefs acquired a number of players during the 2015 June transfer-window, including the likes of Camaldine Abraw, Keegan Ritchie, Siyanda Xulu, Bongani Ndulula, Lucky Baloyi, Sula Matovu and later Edward Manqele in a bid to defend their league title.
In the most recent transfer window, the Glamour Boys snapped up former Chippa United winger, William Twala, to bolster their squad.
Between these signings, they have amassed just under 40 appearances and scored only three goals in the league – as a result of strikes from Camaldine Abraw and Edward Manqele.

Tshabalala and the new signings will be looking to stop Orlando Pirates from achieving a league-double over them in the Soweto Derby on Saturday.
