In what may be viewed as arguably one the best line-ups ever, a former striker has picked himself alongside Bafana Bafana international midfielder Thulani Serero, as well as ex-Cape Town City star Teko Modise, among some of the top talents ever produced in Mzansi in his dream team.
During his professional career, Sifiso ‘Jomo’ Vilakazi was a top striker who scored goals for Free State Stars, Ajax Cape Town, Bidvest Wits and AmaZulu respectively in Mzans’s top-flight.
The 40-year-old retired in 2013, following a stint with Sivutsa Stars – the Mpumalanga club that sold its National First Division status to Durban-based Royal Eagles, and he says a number of his former teammates from Ajax would feature in his PSL XI of all time.
An Orlando Pirates legend and a current Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper would be among the players in his team.
