Sandile Sibande revealed to the Siya crew that he will be meeting with his Polokwane City teammates in Johannesburg later today.
The Nelspruit-born player, who is a product of the Safa-Transnet School of Excellence and Wits juniors, secured a loan move to 'Rise and Shine' until the end of the season.
The Limpopo side is in Gauteng to play friendly games in preparation of the second half of the 2013/14 season.
It was earlier revealed by Soccer-Laduma that Boebie Solomons’ side prepare for friendly games against Wits and University of Pretoria respectively.
“I’m on my way there. I have signed a loan deal that expires at the end of the season. I’m joining them today (Tuesday) because they are also here in Jozi (Johannesburg) at the moment. I will push hard,” said Sibande.
Sibande’s contract with Wits expires in June. City may be willing to sign him on a permanent deal at the end of the season if he impresses during his loan spell.
