Setjhaba Mmuso impressed during his trial with Free State Stars. The former Mpumalanga Black Aces player recently had a trial with Ea Lla Koto, as was revealed on the Soccer Laduma web and mobi-site.
The midfielder confirmed to the Siya crew that he will be returning to Bethlehem for pre-season later this month.
“I attended the team’s open trials last week. I was there for three days. They told me that they were impressed. They said I should go back for pre-season. The team will be reporting back on the 15th of this month. In the meantime, I am training on my own. I am from training as I speak. I have recovered from a groin injury that I struggled with (at Aces). It’s been a long time,” said Mmuso.
The Nigel-born player will be hoping to sign with the club and form part of the squad for the 2014/15 season, as Kinnah Phiri and his technical team will be parading a new-look team in the new season.
