Following the promotion of MP Black Aces to the Absa Premiership, head coach Jacob Sakala has heeded a warning to his opponents in the PSL for 2013/14 season.
Aces earned promotion to the PSL on Wednesday night following a 0-0 draw with Chippa United that saw them go to seven points in the mini-league Promotion/Relegation play-offs and uncatchable.
Speaking after his side’s promotion, Sakala was full of emotion as he congratulated his team and warned his opponents for next season.
“What a job! It has been a very hectic season. First of all, though, I would like to thank the boys, they have been so committed,” said Sakala.
“This is a team for the Premiership, it is a baby born with teeth.
“I would also like to thank the technical team as we all worked well collectively.
“The players are singing, they are happy, job well done!
“I am so happy, it has long been due, Aces is back!”
