Former Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United young goalkeeper, Sibongiseni Mkhize, has signed with Royal Eagles.
The South African youth international has been on the books of SuperSport for the past three seasons but struggled to get a chance to play in the PSL with the Matsatsantsa first team.
The shot-stopper has spent the most time playing for FC Cape Town in the NFD in the last three seasons, following a decision by SuperSport to put him on loan. Mkhize’s agent, Lizwe Mthethwa, has confirmed to the Siya crew that the player has penned a two-year deal with Eagles.
“Sibongiseni Mkhize has signed a contract with Royal Eagles. It’s a two-year deal with an option to extend for another season,” said Mthethwa.
