Ajax Cape Town coach, Roger De Sa, has prepared his charges ahead of their Absa Premiership fixture against SuperSport United at the Cape Town Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Urban Warriors are currently lying 10th on the league table having managed to collect four points from their last two matches, and will be looking to edge up the table for a possible top 8 finish.
Speaking to the official Ajax Cape Town website, De Sa, alluded to the fact that SuperSport will pose a threat after losing to Kaizer Chiefs in the quarter-final of the Nedbank Cup this past Saturday.
The Ajax Cape Town minder also noted that he has recognised areas where his team will need to improve for the upcoming fixture.
“I saw Lance play for 90 minutes and that’s a positive for me, Van de Laak also had a good run so there were many positives that I got from in our last game.” De Sa told www.ajaxct.com
“Up front we have to look at our combinations, whether it’s Simba (Simbarashe Sithole) and Eleazar Rogers or to pair either with Tasreeq or to play Tassie with Dolly and Losper. We have options but we need to find out what works best for our game plan” he further added.
Roger concluded by stating that all preparations are going well and the team is ready.
“We had a few days to recover, change a few things, and look at who is coming back into the selection pool and work on a plan to take on SuperSport.”
