The 24-year-old is back in South Africa after returning home to Malawi for a short spell and has penned a three-year contract with Bakgaga ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.
Ngalande has previously played for Bidvest Wits, Ajax Cape Town and Platinum Stars in the Absa Premiership but has not really been given the chance to show what he can do having been handed just 11 starts in all competitions, scoring four goals.
Now, with Baroka looking to avoid another relegation scrap, the Malawian will be eager to find his best form if given the opportunity to play regularly under Kgoloko Thobejane.
The forward, who nearly signed for Maritzburg United, was snapped up by Atletico in 2011 after impressing as a teenager.
