Platinum Stars midfielder, Robert Ng’ambi, has said that his team will not be taking their match against Kaizer Chiefs lightly.
Chiefs Close To Worst Run In A Decade
Platinum Stars will travel to FNB Stadium to face a Chiefs team in crisis, but Ng’ambi says that underestimating Steve Komphela’s team would be a mistake.
“We won't take it lightly against Chiefs as we know that would be dangerous for us. We have to concentrate for the whole 90 minutes and collect the three points,” Ng'ambi told journalists.
Chiefs Stars Growing Tired Of Coaching Methods?
Kaizer Chiefs haven’t won a league game since beating relegated University of Pretoria back in April, losing three of their last five games - starting with the 3-1 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns on 30 April.
Failing to win today would match the six-game winless streak between 13 May and 20 September 2006.
