Downs' Sumalia On Target For Al Qadsia

Mamelodi Sundowns loanee, Rashid Sumalia, scored his first goal for Kuwait outfit Al Qadsia in the side's 6-0 win over Al Fahaheel.

The defending League Champions had previous recalled the 22-year-old from his loan stint with Ghanaian Premier League side, Asante Kotoko and then subsequently loaned him to the Kuwait side.

Sumaila headed home Al Qadsia's third goal of the match just after the half hour mark in his second game for the club.

The Ghanaian defender will spend five months on loan at the Kuwait outfit and will also participate in the Asian Champions League with Al Qadsia.
