AFC Bournemouth’s South African striker, Tokelo Rantie, has been invited back to his former club, Malmo FF, following their Allsvenskan title win.
Rantie left the Swedish club earlier this year to join Bournemouth for a club record fee following a successful spell with Di Blae that saw him secure his place as a fan favourite.

Now, as previously reported by Soccer-Laduma, Rantie is eligible to claim a medal in Sweden following Malmo’s capture of the league title with a win over Elfsborg last night, having contributed a significant amount of goals to their campaign during his time at the cllub.

The Siya crew have been informed that the Stars of Africa graduate has been invited to Malmo’s last game of the season, against Syrianska FC, when he will join them as they are crowned champions of Sweden.
Rantie is likely to fly out of the United Kingdom after The Cherries’ game against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday, in time for Malmo’s final league game on Sunday afternoon.
‘Tiki’, as the South African is affectionately known in Sweden, will no doubt receive a warm welcome at Swedbank Stadion as Malmo are crowned champions for the 20th time.
