Santos forward, Walter Ramulondi, has found himself in trouble with the club’s management after going AWOL.
The former Black Leopards man is yet to report back to the club following the festive break and The People’s Team’s top brass has told the Siya crew that they consider this to be a serious offence.
According to sources, the club are set to take drastic steps due to the fact that Ramulondi is contracted to them and owes them money.
They said, “We have tried in vain to persuade him to come back but he has not responded to our request, thereby prompting us to consider taking legal action. We have informed the PSL about the fact that he has gone AWOL and explained that he cannot be allowed to join any other club until his matter with us resolved.”
The NFD side are hoping to succeed in reclaiming their money from the controversial striker that joined the Cape Town-based side from Vodacom promotional side, FC Basel.
