The representative of Black Leopards duo, Rodney Ramagalela and Tiyani Mabunda, has explained that he expects the players to be Mamelodi Sundowns players before the end of the week.
Much has been reported about the possible transfer of the Leopards pair to Sundowns, with Soccer-Laduma recently revealing that Lidoda Duvha has accepted bids for both players, as well as Raymond Monama.
However, despite hitting a hitch previously, it now seems that the deal is in its final stages and could well be completed in the next few days.
Mike Makaab, the man who looks after Ramagalela and Mabunda, told Soccer-Laduma, “We’re still talking to Sundowns, but we’re hoping that that we can get things sorted before the end of this week.”
Sundowns will have an extremely new-look team next season having already announced the signing of Bryce Moon and thought to have completed the signings of both Kennedy Mweene and Dove Wome from Free State Stars.
It remains to be seen at what point the deal between the Leopards players and Sundowns will be done, although the crew are led to believe that an announcement should be expected soon.
