A solitary goal from Teko Modise secured a 1-0 win for Mamelodi Sundowns over Polokwane City in an Absa Premiership clash at Loftus Stadium.

Rashid Sumalia could have increased the Brazilians' lead in the 37th minute but the defender volleyed over from inside the area.
