The PSL Disciplinary Committee dismissed the protests filed against Ajax by the Buccaneers and Polokwane, regarding the alleged misconduct of fielding Ndoro in games played over the last two months.

A statement from the PSL read,"The Premier Soccer League (PSL) Disciplinary Committee has handed down a filing in respect of the Protests lodged by Orlando Pirates FC and Polokwane City FC against Ajax Cape Town FC for fielding the player Tendai Ndoro against them in matches which took place on 31 January 2018 and 04 February 2018 respectively.

The Disciplinary Committee found that Mr. Ndoro’s eligibility had already been ruled upon by the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber as the issue of his eligibility fell within its sphere of jurisdiction.

In the circumstances, the Disciplinary Committee ruled that it lacked the necessary jurisdiction to hear the Protests and they were both dismissed. The Protesting clubs; Orlando Pirates FC and Polokwane City FC were ordered to pay the costs of the hearing.

The appeal hearing against the DRC’s decision is set down for hearing on Monday 26 March 2018 before Adv. N. Cassim SC.

The Rule (FIFA)...........Players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season. During this period, the player is only eligible to play offi cial matches for two clubs. As an exception to this rule, a player moving between two clubs belonging to associations with overlapping seasons (i.e. start of the season in summer/autumn as opposed to winter/spring) may be eligible to play in offi cial matches for a third club during the relevant season, provided he has fully complied with his contractual obligations towards his previous clubs.

As long as we have FIFA rules and which are very clear in such a matter and have been applied consistently in other similar matters there can only be one legitimate verdict. Ajax will lose those points, whether they go to pirates or not is another issue.

That's why SAFA always fails to protect Bafana Bafana. Our team is gonna be playing replays even after winning because SAFA doesn't read and understand FIFA rules

The Psl dc is a joke. If Fifa rules are not considered, where does does our football belong? It's a shame.

Its another story. If the case was opened by another team we would be talking about something. I am not surprised Ndoro won the case its fine because even FIFA don't know those rules have expired
