Benni McCarthy will not be on the bench for Cape Town City for their match against Bloemfontein Celtic at the Dr Molemela Stadium on Sunday.

McCarthy was sent off during the Cape Town derby against Ajax Cape Town last weekend after he stormed over to the Urban Warriors’ technical area and exchanged words with some members of the opposition's technical team.

The PSL has issued a list of this weekend’s suspensions, which includes Kaizer Chiefs’ Joseph Molangoane, as well as Morgan Gould from SuperSport United, among others.

Benni is disrepecting South African Football, because he won UEFA Champions League South African coaches must be threatened every now and then by him NO NO NO its really disgusting now this is Africa if he feel he is super than everyone in South Africa he must go to coach in Europe. The are many great players in Africa who respect African Football Like Samuel Eto etc but they respect us. NXEEE
