The former Platinum Stars, SuperSport United and Usuthu coach feels that Fortune Makaringe has taken his game to the next level since joining Orlando Pirates from Maritzburg at the beginning of the season.

The experienced coach has also highlighted Daylon Claasen, who has been outstanding for the Team of Choice this season.

“I’ve always been a Fortune Makaringe fan. He has taken his game to another level and he’s done very well for me and of course Daylon Claasen, who I know since he was nine years old. What he is doing at Maritzburg compared to how he was at Wits is chalk and cheese.

“Keagan Buchanan at Maritzburg has done very well. Even Kearyn Baccus from Kaizer Chiefs, he a nice player that can be used in a better way,” Johnson said.
