With a few months left in the Premier Soccer League season, Soccer Laduma looks at some big-name players outside of the 'Big Three' who have contracts expiring at the end of June, with some having options to extend.
A number of players will be looking to impress in the final few weeks of the season to get themselves new deals at their respective clubs.
This is a time many of the players are also able to sign pre-contracts elsewhere if they are approached with more enticing offers or they don’t see any hope of getting game-time at their current clubs.
This list of players with contracts coming to an end this season includes the likes of Lehlohonolo Majoro, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Anthony Laffor, Lucky Mohomi, Bongani Khumalo and Tsepo Masilela.
The ‘Big Three’ clubs also have quite a few big-name players who have contracts coming to an end in June. The likes of Themba Zwane, Andile Jali, Rivaldo Coetzee, Lebogang Manyama, Khama Billiat, Willard Katsande, Linda Mntambo, Ben Motswari and Abel Mabaso are some of the players from Mamelodi Sundowns, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates who have contracts expiring in June.
