PSL Charges Club Officials With Misconduct
A club boss and a club official are in trouble with the PSL after being charged by the league for alleged misconduct.
The PSL has confirmed that two officials from NFD outfit, Richards Bay FC, have been charged by the league. As confirmed by the league in their statement, the officials in question are Jomo Biyela and Sello Ntuli from the KwaZulu-Natal club.
PSL charges Richards Bay and Club officials with misconduct
The Premier Soccer League has charged Richards Bay FC and club officials Mr Sello Ntuli and Mr Jomo Biyela with misconduct and failure to provide adequate security.
This is after Mr Ntuli allegedly manhandled, verbally abused and threatened match official Mr Tshepo Nojila during their National First Division (NFD) fixture against Super Eagles on 14 April 2018.
Mr Ntuli has been charged together with Mr Biyela who also allegedly intimidated Mr Nojila at the same match.
The Club, Richards Bay has been charged with failure to provide adequate security after objects were thrown on the field.
Richards Bay FC, Mr Ntuli and Mr Biyela will appear before the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee on 17 May 2018.
