The Premier Soccer League will be conducting a draw of next season’s Absa Premiership fixtures.
With the season expected to start sometime in August, it seems the league officials are already in preparation mode trying to set everything up for what promises to be another exciting season.
Among the fixture dates everyone will be having their eye on is both legs of the Soweto derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates; a game which attracts thousands to the FNB Stadium and often divides families and friendships.
The teams remain as they were in the 2013/14 campaign, except for Chippa United who have made it back to the elite ranks, replacing relegated Golden Arrows. Mamelodi Sundowns will be wrestling to keep the title at Chloorkop next season, while a lot of the teams will be bolstering their squads ahead of the campaign.
The draw will take place on Thursday at the PSL offices in Parktown.
