News reaching the Siya crew is that three players are set to appear before the PSL’s Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) with cases against their former clubs.
According to a Soccer-Laduma source, Mdududzi Makwakwa (Jomo Cosmos), Maxwell Kubheka (Chippa United) and Moeketsi Sekola (Roses United) have all taken their former clubs to the PSL in dispute of the way they parted ways with their former employers.
It was revealed by the Siya crew last year that Kubheka threatened to take Chippa to the South African Football Players Union (SAFPU) to contest his suspension during his time with the Cape side.
It appears that the matter is far from over as Kubheka and the other two players have decided to take the legal route, allegedly accusing their former employers of breaching their contracts.
The Siya crew will keep you updated on the matter.
