New Faces At Dikwena As Players Assessed

Platinum Stars Had A Look At Some New Players Today

By Soccer Laduma - Jul 15, 2017 04:02 PM
Platinum Stars were knocked out of the Maize Cup by Free State Stars today, however they did manage to assess a few new players.
Players such as Sibongakonke Mbatha, Pentjie Zulu and Dino Visser were all in Peter Butler’s squad as they were beaten 1-0 by Ea Lla Koto in the preseason tournament, although at this point it remains to be seen whether they will be playing for the club in 2017/18.
Mbatha is a South African youth international that plays for Wits, while Pentjie Zulu was recently released by Chippa United and Visser was with Santos.
Butler is looking to boost his side ahead of his first season in the Absa Premiership, and having already snapped up the likes of Maboke Matlakala and Sibusiso Mthethwa, they are now looking for further recruits.
