Pitso Mosimane has admitted that his new signing, Gaston Sirino has been a bit unlucky.
The Uruguayan has been settling in since his move to Mamelodi Sundowns in January this year, although, is yet to make his mark by getting on the scoresheet for the Brazilians.
Sirino was one of three other signings made by Sundowns in the January transfer window, with the 27-year-old having since shown some impressive signs in his form.
Speaking to the media, Mosimane revealed that the player will eventually get his first goal for the club, despite so many attempts heading straight to the posts.
“He lost lots of balls, but it is okay. But he has been unlucky; he hits the goal posts all the time. We are waiting for his goal, today (he hit the) post, (against) SuperSport he hit the posts. He keeps hitting the posts, hopefully, one day it will deflect and (go) inside,” Sundowns head coach said.
