Mamelodi Sundowns beat Jomo Cosmos 2-0 on Sunday to condemn Ezenkosi to their third straight loss in the PSL so far this season.
Instead of celebrating at the end of the game, Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane told the Siya crew that it was emotional playing against Jomo Sono, who is popularly known as Bra J in football circles.
Mosimane said that if it wasn't for Bra J, he wouldn't have been where he is now as a coach - because the Bafana Bafana legend was responsible for introducing him to professional football.
"I don't know how to celebrate when I beat Cosmos. It's emotional playing against Bra J. He is the one who made me who I am," said Mosimane.
"I wouldn't have been standing here today talking to you if he didn't come to my school and fetched me to play for him.
"I have achieved everything I have in football because he believed in me. But you know this is football and we are under pressure to win, so we had to do what was good for Sundowns and it was against Cosmos.
"We are happy for the three points but it's emotional playing against Bra J," the former Bafana Bafana coach concluded.
