Orlando Pirates will not be signing the likes of Garry Apiso, Byron Madzokere, William Mootsana or Judd Berg, after the trialists failed to impress coach Roger de Sa.
Speculation around Mayfair has been rife in recent weeks, with fans of the club hoping to see some new faces in the squad when the PSL restarts in mid-February, though as of yet they have made no signings.
Now the Siya crew have been informed that none of the aforementioned trialists will be offered contracts at the club, with De Sa being less than impressed with what they could offer to the squad.
With time running out before the end of the January transfer window, it is becoming more and more unlikely that Bucs will make any wholesale changes to the roster, however it is thought that they have all but completed a move for Zambia’s TP Mazembe midfielder, Rainford Kalaba.
Pirates have also been linked with the likes of Mohammed Awal, Hichani Himoonde, Luvuyo Kelepu and Khama Billiat, although time is running out for them to add them to their ranks.
