Orlando Pirates will no longer be pursuing their interest in Black Leopards in-form striker, Rodney Ramagalela.
The Siya crew recently reported that the 24-year-old was one of several players being monitored by last season’s treble champions, however sources have now revealed that their interests in the forward have waned considerably.
Ramagalela has impressed for Lidoda Duvha so far this season and is thought to be a possible target for a number of PSL clubs who are looking for a striker, though it seems that Pirates are no longer one of them.
The forward recently signed a long-term contract extension with Leopards and it now looks as though he will remain in Polokwane at least until the end of the season.
Leopards will no doubt be keen to hold on to their current top goal scorer, something that will be easier with the Buccaneers no longer in the hunt for his signature.
