Orlando Pirates have confirmed that they have concluded deals with young talents, Nhlankhanipo “Nanana” Ntuli and Tshepo Liphoko.
The official Pirates website explained that the pair have both been handed contracts with the club, with Ntuli set to battle it out with their first team, while Tshepo Liphoko is due to join Golden Arrows on a six-month loan deal.
It was recently reported by the Siya crew that Ntuli was still engaged in a co-development project that will see him spend time with Bucs and Dutch side, FC Twente, before making his move to Holland a permanent one, when he turns 18.
In addition, the crew reported that Liphoko could well follow the same path, with a trip to Europe planned for the youngster in the coming months.
Pirates’ website explained, “The Orlando Pirates administration office has concluded the deals of Nhlankhanipo “Nanana” Ntuli and Tshepo Liphoko to the Orlando Pirates senior team.
“Both Ntuli and Liphoko have been promoted to the first team having spent many years at the club’s development academy.
“However, Liphoko, who has captained the Under 12 , Under 15 and Under 17 Orlando Pirates teams - including the Under 17 South African National Team, will join Golden Arrows on a six month loan deal.
“Meanwhile, Nanana who has impressed the technical team, will battle it out with the senior team players at the club.”
