Orlando Pirates will be out to avenge the defeat they suffered at the hands of AmaZulu earlier this season when the two teams meet in an Absa Premiership match at Moses Mabhida Stadium tonight.
Usuthu beat the Buccaneers 1-0 at FNB Stadium in August last year and ironically, the winning goal was scored by former Pirates striker, Bongani Ndulula.
Pirates coach ,Roger de Sa, however, tells the Siya crew that his team won’t be looking for revenge against AmaZulu, but will be looking to bounce back to winning ways following their loss to SuperSport United in their last league outing.
“I don’t think we deserved to lose that game because we dominated it, but there’s nothing we can do about it now. We just have to continue playing the way we have been playing and create chances and hopefully we’ll convert them this time around,” De Sa told the crew.
“We’re expecting another tough game against AmaZulu (tonight). AmaZulu always give us problems and as you know they beat us in our last game against them. We haven’t done well against them in the past, and we’re hoping to change that in this game,” added De Sa.
The clash will be televised live on SuperSport SelectSA tonight at 19h30.
