Orlando Pirates and Golden Arrows are in the middle of discussions about the future of Clifford Ngobeni. The midfielder spent the past season on loan at Arrows. He is currently contracted to Pirates.
Ngobeni did not play any official games for Abafana Bes’thende the entire season, although he was involved in their training and in some friendly games.
A source close to Ngobeni told Soccer-Laduma that the player is scheduled to meet with Pirates and Arrows at the PSL’s Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) this week for discussions on his future.
They have met a few times already this year without finding a solution on the matter.
“The parties are meeting again in what could be the conclusion of this matter. They are meeting at the PSL’s DRC. The two clubs, the player and his representative will all be present,” said the source. Soccer-Laduma has been informed that the meeting is scheduled for later today.
