Former AmaZulu defender, Phumlani Mhamha, is happy with his progress since joining Black Leopards in the NFD.
Mhamha joined the Limpopo outfit on a short-term deal in an attempt to revive his career. He has been working on his fitness since his recovery from an injury he picked up while with AmaZulu last year.
Mhamha told the Siya crew that he is happy with the progress he has made.
“I am pleased with the progress I have made. I have worked very hard on my fitness and the team pushed me to be at the level of the rest of the guys. I have been making the team lately which is a good sign of the progress I have made,” said Mhamha.
Mhamha played for Free State Stars before his move to AmaZulu in the second round of the 2012/13 season.
The player is expected to add his experience at Lidoda Duvha, as Kosta Papic and his team will be fighting it out with Chippa United and the other teams at the top of the NFD standings, for automatic promotion to the PSL in the last few games of the season.
