Parker: Khune Is Still The Best!

Kaizer Chiefs striker, Bernard Parker has hailed his former championship-winning teammate, Itumeleng Khune as 'the best goalkeeper', amid reports of 'Itu's possible return to the club of his childhood.
During a Carling Black Label Cup media day at Naturena Village on Wednesday, 'Hond' told the Siya crew that they need Khune and the other players in the team to make it stronger.
Khune, Mandla Masango and Tefu Mashamaite made an exit from the club after contract talks broke down.
Parker added that regardless of what happened, Khune remains the best goalkeeper but that it would be great to have him back in the team.
"I have played with Khune since we were in the Under 23 national team and I know him better. He is still the best not just in South Africa but in the whole of Africa and it would be good to have him back.
“I have also played with Mandla and Masha and I know them. They could add to the depth and strength of the team and that would be great for the team," the Bafana Bafana striker concluded.
At this point in time there's no indication if the club is eager to bring the trio back to the club, as they played a significant role in capturing a league and cup double for the 2014/15 campaign.
