News reaching the Siya crew is that Black Leopards coach Kostadin Papic is being linked with the vacant Polokwane City position.
Soccer-Laduma reported that the Premier Soccer League new boys had parted ways with Duncan Lechesa earlier this week and Brazilian physical trainer Eduardo Schoeler sat on the bench in midweek to oversee their loss to Orlando Pirates.
Schoeler confirmed after the game that he was not keen on taking the job full-time, and it seems that Papic is on the shortlist for City as they look to turn their season around after collecting no points in their opening five games.
Siya sources report that Papic is the favourite to take the position at City, while Lechesa could replace Papic at Leopards.
Papic is not the only candidate though, with media reports linking Mark Harrison with the job while Ian Palmer's name has also been thrown into the hat.
