Santos trialist, John Paintsil, is enjoying every moment of his time with the Cape side so far, according to latest information revealed on the club’s official website.
Soccer-Laduma reported on Tuesday that the Ghanaian international is in the Mother City training with Santos under coach David Notoane and his technical team.
“So far it’s been a very nice experience. Today was my second training session. I am very happy with the facilities, the boys, the coach and the management, which is fantastic, so I’m happy. Santos is a well-known club throughout Africa. They are an established team that has been around for a long time and I’m very happy to train with a team with such a rich history. The players, the coach and the club president have all made me feel at home,” Paintsil told thepeoplesteam.co.za.
Notoane is hoping that the defender will be offered a contract by the club to boost the team’s chances of winning promotion to the PSL at the end of the season.
