Oupa Manyisa Talks About Working Under Pitso Mosimane
Former Orlando Pirates player, Oupa Manyisa, has revealed what it is like working under the mentorship of Head Coach Pitso Mosimane after a month at the Chloorkop-based club.
The 29-year-old midfielder made the shock move from Pirates to Masandawana early in August this year, where he went on to make his official debut for the Brazilians in the MTN8 competition.
After a decade of plying his trade for the Soweto giants, Manyisa has since opened up about what it is like working under the mentorship of Mosimane.
“It’s a nice atmosphere working with him because he lives football. Everything about him is football. It shows in how he works and the results that the club has achieved. When you join his (Mosimane) team, you come here to live football. You don’t just come here, train and go to the game. You have to live football 24/7,” Manyisa said on Sundowns’ official website.
“I am also like that. It’s easier for me to even handle the assignments he gives us of analysing our games and our opponents. That’s what I have been doing all these years. Sitting home, watching football and analysing my opponents,” he added.
