Oupa Manyisa’s Lawyer Sets Record Straight
Oupa Manyisa’s legal representative has officially set the record straight following DNA tests which were conducted to confirm whether the Orlando Pirates midfielder was the biological father of his alleged offspring.
The player confirmed on his official Instagram account this weekend that paternity tests have proved that he is not the biological father of Thato Makgaka’s child, Kganya Oupa Junior Keagan.
Manyisa also added that the initial false accusations have damaged his reputation and his family and career have all been affected in the process.
The player’s legal representative, John Wilson has since reaffirmed the player’s Instagram post by setting the record straight on the matter.
“Oupa is completely focused on his football and this does not interfere with his professional career, although to clarify, paternity tests were conducted and show that Oupa is not the father. However, this is his personal life and we would appreciate it if you would respect that,” Wilson told Soccer Laduma.
