Orlando Pirates are expected to offer Tendai Ndoro a long-term deal in a bid to lure him from Mpumalanga Black Aces.
The Zimbabwean striker, who has been linked with several clubs in the past transfer window in January, stayed with Aces for the remainder of the 2014/15 PSL season.
Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates are some of the big PSL clubs that have been showing interest in the goal poacher.
In December, it appeared that the 26-year-old had agreed terms with Sundowns for a move to Chloorkop. However, a dispute with the agents claiming the ownership of the player put paid to a proposed transfer.
Aces’ chairman, Mario Morfou, released a statement ruling out any move for Ndoro in January.
Pirates have since emerged as favourites to sign Ndoro. According to information on the Siya crew’s desk, Bucs are looking at the possibility of tabling a three-year deal for Ndoro.
Bucs and AmaZayoni are expected to include Aubrey Ngoma as part of the deal for Ndoro. Ngoma, who is a Pirates player, is spending the current season on loan at Aces.
