Orlando Pirates have confirmed that two of their MultiChoice Diski Challenge players have been loaned out to a NFD club.
The two players, as confirmed by the Soweto giants, are Thobela Sikhakhane and Reanetse Ramatlapeng, who have been loaned to TS Sporting in the NFD.
“Reanetse Ramatlapeng and Thobela Sikhakhane have completed their loan moves to newly promoted National First Division club, TS Sporting,” Bucs confirmed on the club’s official website.
TS Sporting expressed their delight in securing the player's signature. “We are happy to welcome these two boys to the club we are very confident that they will help us in the upcoming season,” TS Sporting boss Slungu Thobela told Bucs’ website.
Ramatlapeng has been with Pirates’ development set-up since 2017. The player has thanked the club for the opportunity to play in the NFD in the new season.
“I am grateful for the opportunity granted to me by both clubs - it means a lot to me and my career. The NFD is very competitive, this is going to help me gain more experience and elevate my aspirations of becoming a professional player for Orlando Pirates senior team,” he told Bucs’ website.
