Orlando Pirates coach, Vladimir Vermezovic, admits that there's room for improvement following his side’s 2-2 draw against Bloemfontein Celtic in their league encounter on Wednesday evening.
The Buccaneers twice came from a goal behind to earn a share of the spoils and probably should have picked up all three points after dominating the majority of the match.
“I think there is a lot of room for improvement, but finally we scored two goals,” said Vermezovic.
“But we also conceded two goals from set-pieces and that is something that can’t happen in our game – it was down to lack of concentration.
“At the end of the day we deserved this point and maybe we deserved to win. Still, it was a good game.
VV further added that his side has set targets for this campaign.
“Our goal this season is to win as many trophies as possible and we are used to playing every three days.”
The Pirates coach also immediately turned his attention to the MTN8 and his side’s first leg match against Bidvest Wits on Saturday.
“We will rest after the game (against Celtic) and then we are going to prepare for our next game against Bidvest Wits in the MTN8,” concluded Vermezovic.
