University of Pretoria have allowed Nkosinathi Ogle to train with the team, with the squad having regrouped for preseason training.
Ogle spent last season at Golden Arrows, after signing with the side at the start of the 2012/13 campaign. He was previously with Thanda Royal Zulu in the NFD.
However, the 28-year-old had a frustrating stay with Abafana Bes’thende due to a lack of competitive action. The Orlando Pirates development product made six appearances during Arrows’ league campaign last season.
Tuks’ head coach, Steve Barker, and his technical team will be assessing the player with a view of potentially offering him a new PSL contract.
“Nathi Ogle from Golden Arrows is training with the club,” a source within the Tuks camp revealed.
Ogle played for Tuks earlier in his career and is now looking for a return, where he could possibly fill the void left by Aubrey Ngoma.
The Tshwane-based side has also handed Sifiso Vilakazi and Malawian striker, Russell Mwafulirwa, a trial with the side.
Tuks are aiming to strengthen their striking force after losing leading striker, Mame Niang, to SuperSport United.
Arrows PRO, Vusumuzi Vilakazi, confirmed that Ogle has not reported for training at the KZN outfit.
