The DStv Premiership new boys announced the signing of the duo in July on free transfers, but their time with the club has been short-lived.
TTM have now confirmed parting ways with Manyisa and Molongoane after releasing former Kaizer Chiefs striker Gustavo Paez this week.
TTM have begun their top-flight journey with a defeat to SuperSport United in the MTN8 and back-to-back draws in the league.
