Good decision Steve as there was nothing more you could have done. Your players are playing for the money not results. They even don't give a damn about name of the team. This was symbolic when they competed in missed opportunities. As early as the first half you could notice that they were upset minded. They ran like headless chickens. They could hardly connect two passes.I am sure SSU can rebuild your moral with no pressure from hooliganism. Ride on brother.

Many will see his departure as a way forward for the team but i have my doubts it could be a way backward to relegation for team, the are players within the club who have over stayed who need to be excussed bcoz their input is not as significant as it use to be.

@EagleEye "Why don't spectators boycott all the games instead of causing this senseless chaos?" Exactly my point, By doing this this the team will be forced to listen to supporters.

The writing has been on the wall for some time.It is not surprising, but hooliganism is unacceptable in soccer at all. Why don't spectators boycott all the games instead of causing this senseless chaos? I hope those arrested will be dealt with accordingly. It is about time the court take a serious stance about soccer violence. As for Kaizer Chiefs I hope they have learned a very expensive lesson by undermining their supporters. I hope the PSL will deal with them severely. Lastly Khompela should have done an Honorable thing and resigned before this. Now he has this on his conscious. He is going to live with that for the rest of his life.
