Official: CT City Sign Former Chiefs Striker

Cape Town City have bolstered their squad with the addition of a former Kaizer Chiefs striker.

The Citizens have officially completed the signing of Siphelele Mthembu, who was on the books of Free State Stars last season.

Mthembu becomes City's fourth signing in this transfer window, following the arrival of Riyaad Norodien, Gift Links and Kouassi Kouadja.

The 30-year-old made 30 appearances across all competitions for Ea La Koto last season, scoring five goals and assisting a further three.
