Bafana Bafana are in Cameroon where, later today, they face the Central Africa Republic (CAR) in their 2014 World Cup qualifier.
The trip to Yaounde has been full of problems in the injury department, but the team is focusing on the all-important game ahead.
Left-back Ricardo Nunes believes that the team is on course to do well and improve their position in the World Cup qualifying group. He told Soccer-Laduma that winning this game will put the team in a better position to top their group, which is now being led by Ethiopia who are two points ahead of South Africa and playing Botswana.
"We arrived safely and our minds are on the game. We are focused on the game. We have faced some problems but for now we want to put the problems behind us and focus on the game. We do not want to think about them at all. It was a horrible trip but it is done and dusted and we are now focusing on what we have to do this afternoon and that is to collect the three points. This is a chance for us to move to the top of the group and that's what we will do today," the defender concluded.
