Orlando Pirates Administrative Manager, Floyd Mbele, tells the Siya crew that midfielder, Nhlakanipho Ntuli, will remain with Bucs and continue to fight for his place in the team.
Ntuli joined Pirates at the beginning of the season on a season loan from Dutch side FC Twente, but has yet to make his debut for Pirates in the PSL.
His lack of game time has raised speculation that the 17-year-old might move back to Twente sooner than expected, but Mbele says Ntuli is staying put.
“Nanana’s situation remains the same. He’ll stay with us until the end of the season. Nothing has changed in as far Ntuli’s contract with us is concerned.
“He’ll continue to fight for his place in the team,” added Mbele.
Ntuli was one of the shining stars for Amajita during the Cosafa U20 Championship last December, and it remains to be seen if his good displays for Amajita have convinced Pirates coach, Roger de Sa, to give him a chance during the second half of the season.
