SuperSport United striker, Mame Niang, says that he’s looking forward to coming up against Manchester City captain, Vincent Kompany, as well as his old teammate, Edin Dzeko.
The 29-year-old, who recently returned to Matsatsantsa after a season on loan with University of Pretoria, will be hoping to keep up his fine goal scoring form from last year now that he’s back in SuperSport colours and is hoping to get off to a good started when his team meet City later today.

Speaking to the Siya crew Niang said, “I’m really looking forward to the game this weekend, I can’t wait to play against Vincent Kompany. I’m also excited to see Edin Dzeko, we played together for two years in Germany and I’m looking forward to seeing him again.”
Niang and Dzeko played together for German club, VFL Wolfsburg, before the Senegalese striker left to join Norwegian outfit, Viking.
The two teams will lock horns at Loftus Versfeld at 15:00 this afternoon, tickets are still available on Computicket’s website.
