Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Nhlakanipho Ntuli has not yet been signed by AmaZulu, although he has been training with the NFD side for over two weeks.
The 20-year-old has been in South Africa since terminating his contract with FC Twente. He had been on a five-year contract with the Dutch outfit he joined in 2014.
Having struggled to make a name for himself in Holland, Ntuli has been expected to get an opportunity to revive his career either in the PSL or NFD.
He has been training with AmaZulu, although it now seems like the club is in no hurry to make a decision on him. AmaZulu team manager, Japhet Zwane, has confirmed to the Siya crew that the team’s head coach Steve Barker has been yet to decide about Ntuli.
“He (Ntuli) is still here. He hasn’t yet been signed. That is the coach’s decision to make (about signing the player),” said Zwane.

Like all the teams in the NFD, AmaZulu are left with only seven league games to play before the end of the season.
